Hola,
I thought you might be interested in some of our favourite things. (note this list is subject to change, the authors bear no grudge or ill feeling to all the other very important items that we are carrying)
List of favourite belongings (Stuart)
1. Sleeping Bag. Our -20C sleeping bags are kicking the cold away. Record low of 4.5C in the tent last night.
2. Tent. Perfectly sized at 3 'men'. Everything except the bikes and BOB trailer fit inside.
3. BlackBerry. No GSM coverage here but it is working over WiFi (from the tent no less!)
4. Our Optimus Stove. Cost us a bomb in Sydney but it is burning super cheap kerosene so very efficiently. AND it has simmer control unlike some other brands...
5. My Groundeffect Che Guevara 'Cycling Revolution' T Shirt
6. My Groundeffect merino 'hoodie'.
7. Goretex pants and jacket. Keeps me warm and safe no matter whether it is raining water, rocks or ice.
8. Our new Canon SX200 IS camera with 12x zoom (but I have taken 90% ownership :-).
9. The water pump - we seem to be avoiding the giardia bug with it - and not buying much bottled water.
10. My Fenchurch beanie. Keeps my bald noggin cozy warm.
List of favourite belongings (Anita)- and not necessary in any order.
1.Our house, the tent. Has everything but a ensuite. LOVE it.
2. The camera. It's small, light and practical for our trip.
3.The sleeping bags......oh so warm and snuggly. We LOVE these bags.
4. My new merrell shoes to retire into at the end of riding.
5. My Millett goretex mountaineering jacket and pants.

7. My sugoi knicks that saves my rear end from saddle sores.
8. My toiletries.....goes without speaking.
9. My mountain design nylon/polyester/elastane outdoor pants. 10. The bikes because it's aLong walk between towns.
Our shared favourite things in Argentina (Mendoza/San Juan/La Rioja provinces)
1. The 'celeste' blue skies.
2. Andes Cerveza Negra (a black 'Porter' style beer. Tastes like chocolate. Cheap but more delicious than Tooheys Old. More delicious than most porters I have had and definitely more common.

4. The Argentinians
5. Guanaco's
5. Condors soaring above us
